1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Meatbags platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. NFT Ownership
When you purchase a Meatbags NFT, you own the underlying NFT completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the smart contract and the blockchain. Dead Bruv has no ability to seize, freeze, or otherwise modify your ownership.
3. Intellectual Property
You own the NFT. Dead Bruv retains ownership of the Meatbags brand, logos, website content, and overall collection artwork that is not part of your specific NFT.
4. Staking
Staking your Meatbags NFTs is voluntary. By staking, you agree to lock your NFTs for the specified duration. Rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on platform performance and conditions.
5. Risk Disclaimer
NFTs and cryptocurrency are inherently risky. Prices can fluctuate significantly. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose. Dead Bruv makes no guarantees about future value.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
